All you need is just press spacebar :)

Bonnet Damper

24 09 2007

My latest mod to my baby :)

It took 3 pairs of dampers, first one totally damaged from experimentation and cost me almost over $100, second pair from the eBay (US$10) but didn’t come with any brackets to hook onto the bonnet and chassis, and third set (RM$80) I’ve gotten them from Malaysia trip which almost did the work but not well enough. I’ve combined both 2nd and 3rd sets to get to this final stuff :)

Fiat Doblo Gathering on 30 Aug 07 (Thurs) – 10pm

1 09 2007

Thanks to my Doblo friend, Collins, he organised a very fun-filling event on 30 August around Bukit Timah Shopping Centre :P

We had fun exploring each other’s rides and brainstormed several things to add to our rides.

The carplate numbers have been scrambled to protect the “innocent” :P Nice view of both Euro 3 and Euro 4 Fiat Doblo Cargo vans :P And of 1.3/1.9 MultiJet and 1.9 JTD. What we don’t have is 1.9D (which is a little nutsy to get last time)

See my ride? :P

IP3M4837

IP3M4834

My buddies, Collin and Issac, monkeying around my ride and torturing my side steps to its maximum :P We had fun this day and Ming actually broke Jonathan’s rear view mirror but with the brains of the remaining 5, we managed to improvise the mounting and fixed it back up again :P We ended the day at around 1am after “racing” through the silent still night :)

Another Alternative for New Tyres?

My New Fiat Badge

30 07 2007

Thanks to my buddy, Ming Hui. He managed to get one of these latest Fiat badge which is widely used for the latest Fiat cars. So far I’m the first Doblo to put up one of these :) and I’m planning to get more to put at the back and on the other Doblo that we have in the company :)

Here’s an overview of the badge on the vehicle :) cool isn’t it? :) It matches the big logo I had on my bonnet :P
